Seven years after the collapse of Lehman and the onset of the worst financial crisis of the post-war era, there is still an ongoing crisis of public trust in relation to how our banks are run.
At a recent event in the City, Roger McCormick (our Managing Director) and Chris Stears (our Research Director) introduced CISI members to "The Cost of Trust Gone Wrong - $300 Billion and Counting." The presentation outlined the work of the Foundation's Conduct Cost Project in researching, what is a most poignant of 'trust' metrics, a firm's Conduct Costs. Roger and Chris also highlight issues related to the 'rebuilding of trust agenda' and the various projects ongoing at the Foundation.
Please see below the video of the presentation, which is also available to all CISI members (through their MyCISI portal).
